Hi .. I have been coming in to Thailand on a visa exempt ( 60 days) . Each time , my stay duration is from a week to 45 days . Never overstayed . I will be applying for a non O ( 3 months + 12 ) and bank account using an agency in Bangkok the next time I fly into Thailand . However , that would be my 7 visa exempt entry this year , and slightly less than 180 days in total . I was told I would not be allowed in . Can anyone confirm this? I have also bought return tickets which i won’t be using once my non O is finalized . Can someone who has experienced going into Thailand more than 6 times in a year , tell me their experience and how I should deal with it .

Anyone went to Bangkok to get their LTR stamped after having received the qualification endorsement from BOI? If so, I would like to know how long did it take you after you submitted your TDAC and passport copies to get the visa appointment?

hi everybody

i just got the re-entry permit to keep my non-o 90 days " alive ".

want to ask :

1) when i leave thailand do i need to tell the immigration officer who stamp the depature stamp that i have an re-entry permit or they will know from their computer system ?

2) if i enter back to thailand do i need to tell the immigration officer that i have an re-entry permit so that they will stamp the " 1st duration depature date that i enter on my non-o " or they can see from their computer system and stamp back the same depature that i use to enter on my on non-o first day ?

Hello everyone I can’t find the answer so sorry if it has already been answered. My question is : how long do I have to leave the country to Thailand when I get my DTV? Can I ask it now and leave in 3 months for example? Thank you πŸ™

I would like to ask about the approval chances for a Syrian citizen applying for a Tourist Visa to Thailand. The applicant has been living and working in Dubai for almost 4 years, with a valid job, legal bank statements, and everything is legal.

Does anyone know how high the approval rate usually is for Syrians applying for a Tourist Visa?

And maybe if there are trusted consultants who can help prepare all the documents and guide through the process?

Thank you in advance for any advice πŸ™

So my Bangkok bank account was finally closed as well.

What have you all been doing about it once it is closed? What other apps have been used for scanning or paying bills? Or what have you all been doing to keep access to baht other than keeping piles of cash on you?

I own a condo and have bills and expenses and a life here to maintain so if anyone has found a good work around this banking debacle I would love to hear it

Questions:

1) If an account is closed because you don't t meet the requirements, is the remaining funds returned?

2) What are the possible reasons why a bank keeps a customer's money after closing the account?

3) Is the refund immediate, or does it take days, weeks, months, or years?

Thank you for your answers, great as always.πŸ™πŸ™
