Does anyone have experience with DTV sponsorship for his/her unmarried partner?

I hold a DTV visa issued in an European country, and I would like to sponsorship my Indonesian partner. I’m wondering if I should do it in the country which issued my visa, country of origin of my partner or maybe other country that might be more helpful - like Manila for example.

Hi guys! For 60 day visa application in Laos do I need to have had equiv. 20000thb in my own bank account for 3 months or can it be added now? Nearly all money is in my partner's account. Thanks 🙏
