I am Amazon seller as well with US LLC. I have DTV. I have personal Wise account and my LLC transfers money to my personal Wise account. I submitted the LLC’s Article of Incorporation and the Operating Agreement and I made an employment contract for myself as well. It was fine, I got the DTV quickly.

I have ITIN in the USA and I have an USA accountant and she deals with my taxes. I pay my taxes in the USA after my income made in the USA. (I am not US citizen.)

I suggest you to talk with an accountant (CPA). (But be careful, most of the US CPA’s won’t help to reduce the taxes, most of them will let you pay the highest amount, while a good CPA will help you to maintain legally the minimum taxes. For example there are a lot of thing could be accounted as company costs, or if you had losses in the past years then you can deduct that in certain conditions to pay less taxes, and a lot of small things what requires a good CPA who works for you mainly and not for the IRS.)

they did not requested any tax return. I submitted the job employment contract and my personal bank statements. They did not care about any tax return.
