wow mine went in middle of August this year and didn't get until November after I'd already been here for a month LOL tried to make a border run to change visas and as it happened it was the very first day immigration started enforcing their rules with border runs and I got turned back in nong Kai

I would not advise you to go through the New York consulate if you're in the US as it took 11 weeks with only one week of delay on my part

Yes you can for five years That is what I currently have for a Visa although I would advise you not to go through

I think it was more my mistake not understanding the language and the reason they wouldn't let me through I should have shown them the DTV Visa so they would understand

I believe you are correct something that needs to be done but I am simply trying to do a Visa swap immigration may not have been aware of that as I didn't have a translator planning on going from Visa exempt to a DTV Medical
