 holding an Australian passport, Thai passport is expired but still holding that too, as well as a valid Thai ID. I wasn't aware immigration would accept an expired Thai passport. Has that always been the case?

 I'm then assuming that if you're a Thai citizen with an expired passport, entering Thailand on a valid foreign passport you would still need to fill out the TDAC as immigration will see you as a foreigner?
