visa was valid until 6th Jan. You could have arrived on the 4th Jan and you still get 90 days in Thailand

You have entered Thailand so visa valid date doesn't matter anymore. The stamp date you got in your passport is what matters now that should have been 90 days from arrival day

Not done one for a while but after uploading one does it not give you the option to upload again then again ?

Normally thats how things work but it is Thailand so ....

Do you actually need a visa ?

You get 60 days on arrival plus can extend another 30 gives you 90 days. Unless you been to often on exempt already

just put the flight number and dates in they dont check no need to book at all. Never booked when I applied for any visa

mine is annual and covers me for 60 days not 30. Obviously depends on insurance company

I will probably go the marriage visa or just the Non O as I will be retired fully when my first 5 years is up.

Correct i have OX. It's Multiple entry so no re-entry permit required and I have not had to check in after 1st or 2nd year. I have Always had my insurance policy with me incase they ask, which they never have. 5 year is when you go for the 2nd 5 years and they will check financial etc to make sure you conform to the requirements.
