Be careful even if your US policy covers you for international travel. Most US policies only cover hospital costs for medically necessary treatment. If you get a positive test in Thailand with no symptoms you will be sent to the hospital for quarentine without treatment and your insurance most likely will not pay (bills of 250,000 to 350,000 Baht have been reported). The Thai based insurance plans will usually cover this

Yes i entered the Captcha, subnitted,confirmed then the prigram worked a bit and came backe with this error code (captcha was erased when the screen with the error came up.

" (I cant get ti the TM47 reporting page). When I fill out the info and press "apply" it the asks do you want to register - after clicking "confirm" I get the error message as in the screenshot below.

Tried to register but after entering data and submitting get "Failed to save data" error. Tried on desktop (Chrome and Edge) and phone (Android with Chrome) so far. Any suggestions or I will try again tomorriw.

No you can apply for an initial nonO (married to Thai wife) at the local immigration office.
