there is no exemption for the 90 day report. The only visa that has an exemption to this is the LTR to 1 year reporting. Before they get rid of 90 day reporting hell is going to freeze there is no way

Personal belongings are only free one time of tax if you are holding a work permit sadly. Rest is treated like a normal import
