TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry is about entering Thailand with a Non-Immigrant IB visa using a one-way ticket. A commenter clarified that there should be no issues entering Thailand without proof of onward travel since the visa is valid.

You should have no issue at all entering thailand on a Non-Immigrant Type I-B visa without onward travel.

Even your air carrier shouldn't require it because you have a valid visa to thailand

if you got the eVisa PDF emailed to you make sure you print it out as that IS you're visa, you need to show it with your passport when you stamp in.
