OA Visa - 1st time arriving after issuance. - I received my OA visa in South Korea in December 23. Next week, I will arrive for the first time with visa in hand. QUESTION: I assume that the only paperwork I must present is my E-Visa paper and my proof of Thai insurance. Is this correct? (Thanks in Advance)

Asking for a buddy any suggestion for a cheap thai insurance policy that covers the O-A retirement visa - just until he can get home and come back and apply for an O visa - I use pacific prime but over spec for what he needs - and agents are being silly

I need some advice from anyone who has recently applied for an E-visa from the London Embassy in the UK for a single entry Non O for the purpose of retirement. I have previously been in Thailand for 9 years on a PE visa and am now eligible for a retirement visa which why I am in the UK now.

I am stumped on the following three questions. I am currently in the UK for the purpose of getting this visa and only happened to prove an address by updating my UK driving license to my mum's address.

1) I have Thai insurance for some years and have a 10 year insurance certificate so uploaded that but it makes no mention of Covid but the company assured me I am covered

2) Financial evidence. I have lived in Thailand 9 years this year and back then moved all our money over to Thailand years ago. Will me showing my Thai account suffice in baht as I have more than enough in it to cover the amount they require as I have little money in the UK.

3) What's the declaration?

Thank you and appreciate anyone taking the time to help.

Hi,

as my insurance policy with Luma expires tomorrow, I'm in the market for a new policy for 1 month.

I've learned from a few sources that no Thai insurance provider covers hotel (hospitel) isolation expenses for asymptomatic covid. Therefore, I have 2 questions:

1. Can anyone recommend an insurance provider from outside of Thailand that would cover such expenses and has a reasonable premium cost?

1. In case I do get covid and I'm asymptomatic, do I get to choose which hotel I'd like to isolate at? Is there somewhere where I can browse a list of such hotels along with their prices?

Thanks in advance!

Anyone here that was on a flight sitting next or near to a person tested positive for Covid19??? Would be interesting to know how your "Quarantine" di go? Hospitalization is mandatory I heard on news. That shoul cost some! Insurance companies do not wan't to pay for that from your arriving flight.
