I was told that I required a treatment plan n dentist gave me a six months plan to pull teeth n wait for them to heal n do implants. They also did not understand the acronym on the bank statement n bank manager explained that investment is redeeemable within 24 hours n I got DTV after one week in Ottawa.

Ottawa dental treatment. Asked for 6 mths plan n approved.

In Canada we use acronyms too often n for example WCB means Workers Compensation Board but in another country it could mean Toilet for boys! Their system is computerized and there r only so many options the computer will accept when processing it at the other end. It is like when I was a kid going to Catholic school, we were supposed to wear black shoes of a certain model available only at BATA shoe stores and I have seen girls buy black leather colouring to dye their shoes from brown to black. There was no more black shoes and luckily the nuns accepted my brown shoes.
