they held off any significant outbreak until April and didn’t aggressively start getting vaccines until after that, and they are charging people to get the vaccine which is absolutely crazy

Also even vaccinated this doesn’t really look like it’s going away any time soon, between the variants, the boosters, and being a carrier even if you’re vaccinated. At some point it’s likely just going to have to live with it is the way it’s looking.

The best thing you can do when shit hits the fan is do with it the best you can, and for me that’s enjoying thailand without the throngs of tourists and less idiots 🤷‍♂️

the conditions couldn’t be better and if you can’t do quarantine or the thought of a closed bar ruins your life then all the better. Looking forward to another covid winter in thailand before the masses come back.
