What should I do if my Covid PCR test results are outside the 72 hour requirement for entering Thailand?

URGENT: Has anyone had any issues with their Covid PCR test being outside of the 72 hour mark? my understanding was that you had to get your RESULTS within 72 hours of first international departure. The website says it has to be conducted AND get results within 72 hours of first flight. if thats the case, then i am off by 2 hours(test was taken 74 hours before first flight). Is this something they let slide? Or have they enforced this pretty heavily? I'm headed to thailand tomorrow.
