agree. Seems condo market especially there is saturated....meaning don't expect value to rise if looking for an investment..renting is so affordable and flexible..absent many expenses to owning....do the math on renting compared to buying...especially if you have to finance...

I've used my Bank of America and it had no fee. However the next time the Wise exchange rate was better and even with the small fee, it was better than Bank. It might vary and you can partially complete the forms to compare.

thanks. I did use an agent and 800k appeared for a moment to get the 90 day and we got the extension and ME same day but I didn't load my 800k in until a month into my extension so only had a balance about the last 10 months. Didn't realize about the year balance for renewal.
