TLDR : Answer Summary
For fast and cost-effective money transfers to Thai bank accounts, many users recommend using services like Wise and Revolut due to their competitive exchange rates and lower fees compared to traditional banks like Bank of America and services like Western Union. While Wise is frequently mentioned for its efficiency and affordability, Revolut is also favored for certain income currencies. Depending on the amount being transferred, users noted that Western Union may offer better rates for larger sums, while Wise is preferred for smaller transactions. Additionally, some users mention XE and AFX as alternatives.

I've used my Bank of America and it had no fee. However the next time the Wise exchange rate was better and even with the small fee, it was better than Bank. It might vary and you can partially complete the forms to compare.

For larger amounts Western Union gives the most but on smaller amounts Wise is slightly better
