Which immigration office refused to accept Google Maps printout? In Bangkok (Immigration Division 1) I gave them printout 5 years in row and never was a problem. Sorry, one time the street name wasn't visible, so they requested to write it manually :)

Absolutely agree, I have consulted it with the laywer. In case of death second person can legally manage the funds deposited on joint account only.

You can report online in the calendar window of 15 to 7 days before due date. In your case it's 5 days till due date, so it's too late for online reporting.
