Why is my old passport number showing in the ImmeService app, and does it indicate a data update issue?

Out of curiosity, I have downloaded ImmeService app and registered there. After logging in I see a pop-up window with my old passport number (changed in June 2020) and permit date on Dec 28th 2020 (tomorrow I go for another extension stamp). Is it something wrong with my account or they just don't care about data update? Bangkok Immigration Division 1

TLDR : Answer Summary
Users are experiencing issues with the ImmeService app, where old passport numbers and outdated information are displayed. The app's data seems not to be updated regularly, which may cause confusion when filing for visa extensions and 90-day reports. Several users have confirmed similar problems, suggesting that the system may not be fully synchronized with immigration data. While some have successfully reported their 90-day status through the new online program, others continue to encounter difficulties, emphasizing the need to visit local immigration offices for clarification or corrections.

I also have the same problem when trying to do my 90 days.

Apparently the system isn’t updated.. and perhaps the immigration of renewing visas is not synced with the 90 days renewal. Very tiresome 🤔🥺

and did you try on the NEW system that is going to eventually replace the old one?

the 200 baht fee is so I don’t have to go there physically myself and do it.

Perhaps it’s an “under the table” payment for processing without me there.. a fee I have to pay for not even being my fault.. but it’s too late for me to do it via postal

yea I did yesterday.. and my application was rejected .. with no explanation.

So I have to process it through my work and pay “200 baht fee”

Still issue with new website. Doesn't recognise yearly extensions or info not uploaded into system. My 90 day report was rejected. I guess its off to MTT again until they can get themselves together enough to update the correct data.

put it thru again. Several people reported that they were rejected by the new system but applied again and were approved 😮

Oh Thank you. I just did and they just approved it..Thank you..One thing is it has my surname twice instead of my middle name on the receipt. Will this be an issue? Should i go to MTT to fix?

it’s not kept up to date important is it shows status normal

The new website for 90 day report was slow for me but worked nicely in the end with the slip emailed directly to me. Create an account at the link provided by Tod.

I put wrong extension of stay expiration date in 90-days report few times in a row (just copying from old one), and they noticed just last time, and rejected because of this reason. Also, in my main yearly extension TM.7 form I was putting wrong type of visa on which I entered Thailand first time and they also didn't notice - I did this year, once applying again for the... 6th time :)

it certainly has nothing to do with your permission to stay stamp in your passport BUT what it does mean is you can't use that particular system to file a 90 day report with.

You have to use the new online program

Can we use our same login details from the IMMeService app on this new website, or do we need to create a new account?

Is it now possible to do your first ever 90 days report on line, or must that be done at local immigration office?

Thank you.

Always first one in the office (also first one with new passport), their 90-days report system is not synchronized with others, so they must put you in it manually :(

Ok, so "different, different, but same" 🙂 Just hoped for some progress in their attitude... Anyhow, I'll try the new page in February (also did already register there), however I was just thinking to whom shall I show this message in IO today, to not confuse wrong people :)

I asked the immigration and they said don't worry about it, the app system not updated

I dont believe its a problem ...but do suggest you go to Thai Immigration and ask.
