TLDR : Answer Summary
The post discusses difficulties faced while trying to complete the first 90-day report online in Thailand. Users shared similar experiences and suggested that the first report must typically be done in person rather than online, as well as possible system issues for those who received extensions during a system downtime. Many highlighted the need to submit the report within a specific timeframe, adding that updated guidelines may not be reflected in all system functions. Some users still managed to get online reporting to work, despite issues.

Hi guys can I get 90 day report site please
Rus ******
I cannot do online reporting due to a new passport. The officer said that I am not in the system and until I re-enter the country with the new passport, I have to do 90 days in person.

I would still try the online 90 day reporting because some people who did change passports inside the country HAVE been able to get it to work

The last time I was able to do an online 90 day report was August last year. Since then I have got "ask your Immigration office" and keep getting the same reply... "more than 15 days before due". I have, since August, tried 20 days before, 13 days before and 8 days before on Android phone and on P.C. using different browsers and following Tod's advice. All to no avail.

I'm getting the idea that once you get that notice you are doing some travelling !

You can report online in the calendar window of 15 to 7 days before due date. In your case it's 5 days till due date, so it's too late for online reporting.

@Krzy*****
that is not correct any longer, Since March 20th 2020 they allow online reporting to be from 2 weeks before down until the actual due date

Agree the rule should have changed, but just tried to do my 90 report online today. On the website I was rejected with the normal "go to local immigration office" error (used same computer/browser as previous and I did not get a new extension during the online system downtime). I then registered and tried the app. It accepted all my info but when I subitted it was rejected with the error message along the lines of "you can submit the online notification of address between 15 and 7 days before the due date" (today is 4 days before my due date). So maybe the updated app doesnt understand the new rule. Off to the office next week.

Ok, thanks. So they didn't update the guide available for download under this link:

it means that you're not gonna be able to do an online report and will have to go file in person. ..

Unfortunately, you cannot do online reporting if it's your first 90days report, even the system runs well. The first report has to be done in person (or by legacy mail).

the system was down for close to 6 weeks and anyone who got an extension during that time OR did a 90 day report during that time didn't get the system updated.

I means you have to go in person again

Having similar problems Ryan . Mine is due next week week . I went in person myself in March so I’m not sure what’s the problem .
