How can I help donate O Negative blood for a patient in Phuket and Bangkok?

Next time I am in Thailand I would be prepared to donate blood to help people. I just need to know how to do it. I am aware that people with O negative can give blood to almost anyone but it’s rare in Asia. Reach out to the Farang population perhaps. It’s more common there.
