2 things. Start coughing now and tell them you have sore throat. You don't need to show symptoms, just tell them you have them

Next. As one person already mentioned. Deny all medical services. This is where they charge the most. Medicine, daily nurse visits. Tell them you do not wanted any of it.

Sadly this is part of the process of coming to Thailand for many now. I went through it and got a 100k bill. 90k was the medical.

In almost every country, you can not board a flight with negative RTPCR test. Regardless of previous covid infections. The airline would be assuming to much risk allowing a person with positive covid test to board. I'll leave a fraction of doubt, but I'm 99% sure a letter of recovery does not overrule PCR test.

cool. I just think if people can stay in Thailand then let them. This country for many is salvation from a life they don't want to rejoin just yet, and covid in many countries is no better there then here. I'm very sure many of these covid extension people would not be here if the other hot SEA counties were open, or open with less restrictions. I'm on the ED visa, but would happily do a covid if it was my only affordable option.
