I think she applied on the 8th, the first day they started taking evisa applications. I'm guessing that may be part of the reason hers was processed so quickly. Probably weren't too many in the queue before hers.
I applied Monday afternoon (Monday was a holiday for Thai embassies.) Tuesday morning it went from pending document check to pending approval around 11:00AM. It's been sitting in that status still since then. Hoping it comes back in the next day or two.
The confirmation email isn't too make the payment. You get that after you have paid. Login and go to your application. There is a little payment icon you can click. That will take you to the page to pay
