Fedex works. I got some important cards sent to me which arrived on Monday. Pricey as hell and slower than usual. Think they have decontamination stops. One day wait in Japan and one day+ in local Thai office from Saturday morning until Monday.

When I went to get my under consideration stamp changed yesterday at MTT they told me I was good until end of July. Seems like it is a done deal.

when I called them they told me to come....wth...but glad it worked out for you. Well actually first time they said no. Second they checked my file and said yes. So I went to MTT yesterday and had it done.

It's visa exempt, voa, lost passports etc and not TV. I went yesterday. Took them about 30 minutes to give me my valid stamp from my under consideration. More workers than customers. The workers were mostly chatting and eating while slowly crawling through the bureaucratic process. Was surprising that it took 30 minutes when there were at most 7 of us there to be processed. At least, that is done.
