Yesterday,I called both the national hotline and then CW in BKK and both told me that since I had permission to stay until March 29 under my extension on my visa exempt entrance, I did not have to come on April 23rd to get my under consideration stamp changed to valid to stay and get the rest of my days, and I would good for the amnesty extension until April 30th.
