You cannot do TM30 before you are in Thailand.

"According to section 38 of the 1979 immigration act, “House owners, heads of household, landlords or managers of hotels who accommodate foreign nationals on a temporary basis who stay in the kingdom legally, must notify the local immigration authorities within 24 hours from the time of arrival of the foreign national"

I agree with you. I paid 25.000baht in Hua Hin for lawyer to go with us to family court. I got offers 50.000 - 100-000baht before I found this lawyer.

When I opened years ago Kasikorn account, I paid...That was stupid from me.

Two years ago I opened Bangkok Bank, and I also said "I already have, don't need another", and it was ok.
