Not at all, but 600 dollars is not exactly a large amount of money when you are travelling internationally.

The last few times I landed here by plane in 2014, none of them had immigration cards, had to get them just before getting in line at the checkpoints. This further increased the delay as everyone was filling them out while standing in line, rather than at the small counters set up there.

No, It now has both departure and arrival on the front page instead of two separate pages. The example from January on Immigration website shows no TAT Q&A. I am not sure if this will be the final form though, they may add the Q&A to the back before full rollout.

OK, I just checked and it is just a visa free travel agreement, I guess the original 2002 agreement has been amended.
