depending the time of arrival if you are in Suvarnabhumi airport there is a bus on the ground floor. If in Don Muang you can take a van to Morchit and get a bus. Taxi are available at both airports

need to negotiate the price or request meter, NEVER not agree before setting off. If you want fixed price use Grab if you have Simcard or preorder for taxi to meet you in arrivals

How much cash can I carry into Thailand without declaring it?

certainly prior to Covid I knew 2 people who almost missed their flights in UK, scan luggage machine picked up on the cash, passengers taken to office as they requested evidence where it came from. So ensure it's not from under the pillow, but withdrawn from banks and you carry the receipt, all about money laundering

now there is more info available you need appointment with hospital for on going treatment due to health and yes several applications have been accepted for cookery class, I just email one in Bangkok for details of courses, now research one Isan
