When traveling from Bangkok to Pattaya, there are various transportation options available including taxis, buses, and ride-hailing apps. Many commenters recommend specific taxi services such as Tom Taxi Pattaya, Taxi4You Thailand, and Sunny Taxi, noting reliable service at competitive prices. Additionally, multiple users suggest using apps like Grab or Bolt, which can be more affordable and convenient. For those looking for cheaper options, taking a bus from the airport is advised, providing comfortable seating at a lower cost.

Get the bell bus at floor 1 book it on line ,will drop you to hotel or condo and only 300 baht .
Only problem with Bell Buses 🚌 is you have to pick a time for departure from BKK airport, if you're flight ✈️ is delayed and you miss your departure time on bus they WON'T let you on the next bus !!!!
You will have to pay again unfortunately, that's the only snag.
Yes, I will suggest a service to him on how to use Google Search and how to politely request assistance from others.I believe he could benefit from it.
I took the bus 🚌 from Bangkok Airport 🛫 to Pattaya City. Very cheap and comfortable too with a/c

You can get a taxi just outside the airports in Bangkok. You just tell them where you want to go, and then pay them when you arrive at your destination. Good luck.
need to negotiate the price or request meter, NEVER not agree before setting off. If you want fixed price use Grab if you have Simcard or preorder for taxi to meet you in arrivals
pretty simple really, he wants someone reliable, at a fair price and with a nice clean reliable car. You can't guarantee any of those things by 'sticking an arm out' on the street.
how do you guarantee anything? You make a calculated decision and hope for the best. I've tried both variants of this scenario and the one that always works best is where a recommendation has been given. Generally speaking people running a business will try not to let down those who have vouched for their services because it affects future sales.
