I've created a group called Thailand SMART visa community just so smart visa holders can network with each other on opportunities to collaborate. Unfortunately can't help you on this one, you have more to share on the inability to switch. The office as you know is pretty new and are figuring this out as they go along

the vast majority of using education visas to uhhh build t heir businesses and then relaxing relatively on smart visas and even studying Thai because they actually want to says a lot about what the education visa does right that the govt can learn from
