at what point did I complain? I shared an experience of what my expected wait time would have been, but fortunately for me I saw an agent there who made the experience less painful.

what are you talking about. I planned to go to today because I have prior appointments. I planned my route and to get there around 9:00 to 9:30
That’s literally the definition of planning you dullard!
Further more if you read my OP you will see I didn’t have to wait long and was on my way.
And for future reference I have the option to use an agent while getting to experience the process first hand which I like to do for all things so I have a better understanding and can factor that into future decisions
why?! Because he went last week at didn’t realise they where closed, and I have plans the rest of this week so wanted to go to today to get it out of the way.
