no you cant! If it’s your first time it has to be done in person ( at least in Bangkok )

With a DTV every time you reenter the first 90 day report is classed as your first one, so again can’t be done online.

can’t do online for your first time, it says this on the poster inside and I even asked at desk.

Also every time you leave and come back into the country your first 90 day report is classed as your first time again so has to be in person
