Anonymous participant No, you do not need to be a patient, but they send their own staff for their own patients and others. That's why I was comfortable doing it here.

The hospital is 650 baht, not sure if I would trust a random agent with my passport but the hospital offers this service for their patients so I figured that's much more trustworthy....

I just use bumrungrad hospital's service, it's around 600 baht and takes 10 mins to drop off your passport and pick it up later in the week.

Bumrungrad offers a service for 90 day report, so you dont need to do it yourself. It's like 600 baht and you can drop off passport and pick it up in a few days.

I did this rather than going to the immigration office since I heard that the wait can be long.
