The hospital is 650 baht, not sure if I would trust a random agent with my passport but the hospital offers this service for their patients so I figured that's much more trustworthy....
Bumrungrad offers a service for 90 day report, so you dont need to do it yourself. It's like 600 baht and you can drop off passport and pick it up in a few days.
I did this rather than going to the immigration office since I heard that the wait can be long.
