Someone who looses his job or gets divorced gets 7 days and that's it. Most of those people have a life here. Someone who 'is unable to travel' can get extension after extension. Not fair.

you can't work on a marriage visa without a work permit, even if you don't get paid. Besides that, he said girlfriend so not even a non O based on marriage unless they have kids together.
