you can't work on a marriage visa without a work permit, even if you don't get paid. Besides that, he said girlfriend so not even a non O based on marriage unless they have kids together.

oh sorry I misunderstand. If you are single and don't have a Thai wife or Thai child to take care of, I am afraid the Non OA might be the only way for you. But I might be wrong. You can ask an expert about it.

the requirements for me were 400k for 3 months in the bank, marriage certificate and a few other documents. It should be easy for you.

when I applied my initial 90 days mutliple, I went to Lao and had to show the 400k for 3 months in my bank account together with a letter from bank.... but the experts here said 40k credit per month is enough. Sorry I just tell what I needed to show, dont want people to get the wrong info.
