they have good pharmacies in Thailand, that sell any medication you need, I asked once and i was told they can get anything you want, it just might be a different brand, and can also buy without a doctor's prescription.

If he is carrying medication in his hand luggage, it's not just entering Thailand, also be careful of the countries he is transiting through, if he has got connecting flights, I've witnessed people in countries like Dubai get in a lot of trouble, for having strong pain killers without a doctors note.

it's just not fair, not nice being ripped off, just try and protect yourself as much as possible in the future, I once heard of someone taking photos of every little chip/scratch, basically any damage or anything not working, then went and got them developed, and got the landlord to sign and date every photo, before handing the deposit over, he said he had been ripped off in the past, seems a bit excessive, but he got his large deposit returned when he moved out.

they are on an METV, you get stamped in for 60 days not 90, they can extend each stamp once, and stay 90 days at a time.

nonsense, they do think it's acceptable to be a tourist WITH A VISA for 8 to 9 months, or they wouldn't give it to you in the first place, your thinking about all the people that are being denied entry trying to live in Thailand, on free 30 day visa exempt stamps. I'm in Thailand now on an METV, and have been for months, bouncing in and out of Thailand and doing extensions nobody has said anything.

don't stay with the same girl for more than 3 days, then change the girl for a new one, then just carry on repeating the process, it's suggested to do this so there is no emotional attachment, and therefore you don't fall in love with a brass 😂😂🤷🙆🤦

you suggest most Thai women are sex workers if they speak English, some are well educated, having been to university etc, some have just worked in hospitality, but yeah if her English is very good, I would question why.

granted there is crime in Thailand, but it's at a very low level, it's obvious the way you can leave things lying around and nobody touches anything, most people are honest.

never rent anywhere with a stupidly high deposit, I wouldn't trust any landlord with a large deposit, I've never rented anywhere with a deposit more than ฿4000 or ฿5000, and by the time they take out for water and electricity, most of has gone then anyway, so it would only be a small amount if they didn't give it you back.
