Is there any limit on the LAO visa on arrivals that you can apply for at the border?? let's say in one calendar year, (the 30 day visa you buy at the border crossing) I'm just trying to anticipate any problems with border bounces, from Thailand to lao, and back again the same day, I'm currently on a UK METV, comments from people that have bought many single entry Lao visas in the same year would be of great help.
Thanks everyone.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation explores the limits on obtaining Laos visas on arrival for individuals traveling frequently across the border. Participants indicate that, unlike Thailand, Laos does not impose strict limits on border entries for tourists on a UK Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV). It is mentioned that while there is a general limit of two Visa Exempt entries at land borders in a calendar year, those purchasing single-entry Lao visas have not reported issues with frequent border bounces. Further, it is also noted that the 30-day Lao visa can be extended while in Laos.
On a METV there is no limit to the number of entries you can do within the 6 months validity. For Visa Exempt entries at a land border there is a limit of two per calendar year. I don't know of any limits for entering Laos for your border bounces.
