(I know there's no definite answer, just assessing the choices I have in hand to make a decision)

Is it correct to understand that for "a 90 day Non-B visa inside the country and then a yearly extension" option, after having the yearly extension, no need to go out of Thailand every 90 days? Where the "go outside the country to get the year-long, multi-entry Non-B visa" option is the visa type that I have to go out of Thailand every 90 days? Many thanks.
