I plan to make a METV in Thai consulate Hong Kong. A "guarantee letter from the employer/organization" is needed from their checklist. But I don't have a job at the moment so "employer" is out of question. Anyone knows what can be accepted as equivalent? Anyone got their METV without one? Thanks.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user plans to apply for a Multiple Entry Tourist Visa (METV) at the Thai consulate in Hong Kong but is unable to provide a guarantee letter from an employer due to unemployment. They seek advice on acceptable alternatives to the employer's guarantee letter and ask if anyone has successfully obtained a METV without it.
