The application and stuff you need is straight forward. Unless you are illiterate or something, there’s no service for them to provide

At the consulate in LA they are charging more than 10k and they make you pay first so it’s a concern haha 😂

You can’t . It won’t work. You’d be useless here. Do what you can to build yourself back up first and build some savings, get some high level skills etc
