How long does it take to get a Thai tourist e-visa from the Shanghai consulate?

It can take up to 30 days to process a visa not counting holidays and weekends.

Regular tourist visa from my experience takes 7-14 in real life terms, but my DTV took a month.

There is not a way to make it go faster either once submitted.

I had a letter written from my portfolio company that said I had $Xxxxx in assets. They didn’t say stocks etc. that’s what I used.

What visa do US citizens need for a trip to Thailand longer than 30 days with side trips to Vietnam and Cambodia?

You DO need a visa for both Cambodia and Vietnam as a U.S. Citizen, so make sure you read on timing, cost, etc. Don’t apply too early because they will issue them quickly, but don’t apply too late because you can’t enter without. 😊
