to be honest I have no problem with this cos my income does come from overseas that’s why I have never asked or queried it. But good to know for future reference.

this is the way I have done my visa / extension for the past 3 years... but I’ve not asked for it in writing why should I? This is what they told me so this is what they get.

Will my retirement extension of stay be canceled if I receive a temporary work permit in Thailand?

I have an extension of stay based on my child and was given a TWP... so it is possible.

My TWP is valid for 6 months and I have just renewed my extension of stay also so it is possible.

I don’t know if the company I’m going to be working for had any influence on this.

he’s already used the visa to enter on October 2020 and April 21... so will he still get another year out of the same visa?? Would it not expire on the 8th October 21?

So therefore would he not only get 90 days on arrival and need to make new visa??
