Hi all, I am coming up to the end of my 1 year non-OA retirement e-visa on September 2nd. I have done all my 90 day reportings online. I have also renewed my health insurance for one more year. I live in Jomtien.

Question: Do all I need to do is do a border run to Cambodia and back to get another one year stamp? I will bring my e-Visa, 90 day reporting receipts, and proof of health insurance certificate.

My nonimmigrant multi-entry O-A visa was approved November 8, 2024 and I used it to travel to Thailand from January 2 to end of April 2024. In order to enter Thailand again on the same visa must I enter Thailand by no later than November 7, 2024 or is it valid until January 1, 2025?

Retirement visa processing in the USA (NY Thai embassy) versus doing it in Thailand for over 60 that have IRA’s. Pros and cons? It appears that you may not need to deposit $800,000 if your pension account shows adequate retirement income.
