The only problem I've had with the app has been since the recent updated. A few times I've gone to type in a transfer amount and it won't let me enter numbers. If I clear my Google search history it's ok...

:) It's not rubbish. What he is saying is you can only transfer 50k plus to three Thai banks. The other banks cannot accept more than 49,999. That rule came in some time ago. There's nothing stopping you sending less than 50k to any bank. So as your last 3 transactions to Kasikorn were less than 50k obviously they went through as they would with any bank. If you try to send more the 50k to a bank other than the 3 listed the transaction won't go through. Wise states this if you Google it.

No Terry, Sean is correct. You can only transfer more than Bt 50k to 3 banks; Bangkok, Kasikorn & SCB if you wish (or less of course), the other banks are limited to a max of Bt49,999 per transaction.

I don't know about landing fees. I just know as Sean said there's only a few Thai banks that you can send amounts over 50k to now.

3 must be pretty cheap then. £7ish for unlimited wifi with my Thai sim card is way cheaper than my UK add on/bundle packages were.

You mean use a UK SIM card with roaming charges. You're kidding right?
