I had Phuket immigration come knock on my door this week following up on TM30. Checking those named actually stay at property.

Not sure why not on Play store but I do recall wasn't straight forward last time I installed. I have to use it constantly to register tenants each time they leave the villa. It is a pain.

Go into a thai bank with the following; bank card, passport and polite attitude and ask them to get you the money out. Avoids the ATM fees.

They have an application also called Section 38. Once she sets up the registration. Save the login name and password. Then everytime you come back to her house from being at a hotel or overseas you can fill it in within the 24hrs

I have always just had 2 cards and wife would use the propmtpay. But that account is only in her name not joint.
