I just went through this process to get a FET certificate with a well known high street bank. The FET is required by the Land Office if you are a foreigner buying the condo. Do check with your bank where is the nearest office which can raise the paperwork for you. In my case I had to go to Korat 1½ hours away... The local banks where clueless and if you use a mobile banking app contact the bank via that so you can speak to someone in English who can understand you and what you need.

You will probably need: bank book, passport, a signed copy of the Property Purchase Agreement and the address of the land office where you will complete the transfer.

I bought a lid here last year. They have a good range of helmets in the recognised brands and cheaper ones, all styles open/full face, racing, touring, MX, lots of different designs, race reps, standard colours etc. Not so good for clothing, but great range of lids.

For anyone applying from the UK, GPs do not have to sign this as it's not an NHS certificate/requirement. My Dr refused point blank to sign despite being registered at the practice for years and I had to go private... Crazy...

I don't mind spending a day a year applying for a visa extension/myself, but is it possible to get an agent to do the weekly shop?

@Steve ******
I've been pronouncing they're incorrectly all these years...

I'm on a visa extension of one year from the original one year visa. Therefore I'm here legally until the year extension ends, or as far as I'm aware I leave the country which cancels my 'visa' extension.

@Steve ******
No I have an extension for year 2 so the visa is active until I leave the country.
