A mate of mine is travelling/transiting via BKK airport. Are there any shower facilities in the airport? I already asked Miracle lounges and they said no. FIA.

Answer summary

A user inquired about the availability of shower facilities at Bangkok Airport (BKK) for a friend traveling and transiting through the airport. Responses indicated that currently, there are no shower facilities available due to Covid restrictions, and even lounges do not offer showers. Some users suggested alternative methods for cleanliness and discussed the necessity of showers during transit.

Why he need to do shower within transit period? Why can't wait to reach his final destination?

I just recon only side showers are available in the w.cs.

OP

You mean no showers in toilets only bidets/bum gun?

They want a shower as they have a long transit time and are traveling to get to the airport and then the flights to the UK are long ones with another transit...

Go to the disabled and use the bum gun. Or go to the Muslim area and just claim you are washing down in preparation for prayer- no one will question you

It’s been a long 14 months following everything here. Not a f.,??ing chance, that’s if you can transit without having a sealed route

OK let's rephrase that. Will be travelling later in the year. Pre Covid were there showers as I don't recall seeing any.
