Yes, when you come to payment you say you pay in airport, and then they issue ticket, you can use if you not come to pay they cancle the ticket automatic, but you get a ticket you can use for imigration, done it last 15 years...

mener det er 1500 thb om måned og man kan kun komme på offentlig hospital, og det er mindre beløb den dækker men får du en lungebetændelse eller ligende så skal du ikke selv betale, jeg har haft lungebetændlese i thailand, havede jeg ikke forsikring kostede det 215.000.... og der er mange offentlig hospitaler der er ok

ja, men du kan få en forsikring der dækker offe tlog hospitaler, det kan du få din kone til at undersøge, det er meget billigere. Har selv boet i thailand i mange år, og der skal ikke ret meget til før du selv skal betale 200k uden forsikring.

Does my wife need to file a TM30 if I'm submitting a TM47 every 90 days for our house in her name?

same, always 90 dayes, and also you have to submit TM30..do not matter if you own the house, you not own the land your house stand on, so have to rapport like normal.

I log in as member we get it free, for 4 weeks ago, maybe they start to charge, but 330 thb is nothing, so if they do, still the best way to do, thanks for update :-)

when you book online with thai airways, you can choose in the end credit card or pay later, if you say pay later you get valid flight ticket for 48 hours offcause you cannot use for check in before you pay, but for immigration they accept it, as and return flight, clever hmmm.. If not pay they cancle it... Easy is it not :-)

Why not just book flight ticket with Thai air, and say pay later, then you get full ticket, and if you not pay thai just cancle the flight, do it same day you fly in to thailand and you have ull ticket for free, I have done many times
