My house is currently in my wife’s name. Is she supposed to submit a TM30 even though I’m submitting my TM47 every 90 days?
If so then what happens when the house is in my name?

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, the TM30 form must be submitted by the owner of the property listing anyone residing there, regardless of whose name the house is in. Therefore, since the house is in your wife's name, she is responsible for submitting the TM30 even if you are submitting your TM47 every 90 days. If the house is later in your name, you will be required to submit TM30 as well. It's also noted that different immigration offices might have varying requirements and processes for these submissions.

Moved into house in my name & land in misses. Changed address & done 90 day no TM30 or 47. I guess it depends on immigration office to a degree

Technically the owner of the property must file a TM30 on you within 24 hours of you moving in.

U can only own above ground structure...that u do .. U dont own the land... So answer is pretty clear i think.. Report as normal

Just realize that TM30 and TM47 have nothing to do with each other besides the fact the addressed should match.

Yes she should and if theres been a decent delay I'd expect some grief when you eventually do go. An agent could minimise any hassle.

Yes she is supposed to file a TM30 for you. When you own the house you do the same. Depending on your immigration office the documents required may be different.
Save yourself a load of hassle and register to do it online
The website isn’t working (couldn’t confirm registration using the link sent by email.)
Off to the immigration office I guess
