Does my wife need to file a TM30 if I'm submitting a TM47 every 90 days for our house in her name?

In Thailand, the TM30 form must be submitted by the owner of the property listing anyone residing there, regardless of whose name the house is in. Therefore, since the house is in your wife's name, she is responsible for submitting the TM30 even if you are submitting your TM47 every 90 days.
