Does my wife need to file a TM30 if I'm submitting a TM47 every 90 days for our house in her name?Answered
My house is currently in my wife’s name. Is she supposed to submit a TM30 even though I’m submitting my TM47 every 90 days? If so then what happens when the house is in my name?
