If you want 150 days you can do what I just recently did. 60 day visa, 30 day extension, 2 land border runs. You can get another extension after your first visa run if your landlords cool enough to do another TM30 after your border run but my landlord is a slack ass so I did 2 border runs. Either way will be fine for 150 days

@Wayne ****
I didn't call your landlord a prik. I was referring to those to lazy to do TM30s ffs

Or do a second extension after your 1st border run. Be cheaper and quicker. Just make sure you get a new TM30 after your border run
Brown ********
Yep. Get your extension during the last week of your 30 day stamp. Do 2 land border runs on your last day of your extension and first border run. Easy done

@Wayne ****
well if your landlords a prik and doesn't lodge it, immigration fine you and tell you to get the landlord to reimburse you. If the landlord doesn't there's nothing you can do. If this system was fair, the fine would be mailed to the landlord directly which is how it would be done in a western country if they had a similar system

@Sam *******
your hotel or condo landlord are suppose to lodge it for you but some, including my landlord are friggen useless and don't do it. Even if you deduct the 1600 fine off your rent they will £uck you with your deposit when you move out. It's a joke of a system. Especially when you leave to travel and have to do it again when you return

The TM30 is a great way for immigration too make more money off foreigners so I'm surprised it's only changed now
