I also read yesterday on a post that the landlord's ID and house book needs to be submitted as well. I'd be happy to know if it isn't because my landlord doesn't have a house book. My property manager had to sort out my TM30 another way and if I need this to apply for a non-o which I wish to do in March I'm screwed
I was told by my property manager my tenant hasn't got a house book. I want to get the non-o next March. Any suggestions what I can do here besides find a new place and landlord?
